In an era dominated by rapid technological shifts and AI, the FIRE Foundation (Forum for the International Renewal of Education) brings together a global collective of visionary educators, researchers, and child development experts committed to human-centered learning. Founded by Dr. Agata Hofman (creator of the pioneering Gedania Kindergarten in Poland), FIRE champions holistic, ethical education that places emotional intelligence, creativity, and resilience at the center of childhood.
Through our shared alignment in early childhood philosophy, M Pover / Balavikasa Research Preschool partners with the FIRE Foundation to implement our Culture of Nurture early years framework across international cohorts. Together, we are building global bridge programs that protect the magic of early childhood while equipping the next generation with the foundational human values needed to thrive in a complex world.

Guided by Charles Fowler, Chair of the Human Values Foundation and Global Coordinator of World Values Day, the UK Values Alliance and World Values Day initiative stand at the forefront of embedding human-centric ethics into schools, organizations, and policy frameworks globally.A worldwide campaign co-led by Charles Fowler (Chair, Human Values Foundation), World Values Day and the UK Values Alliance champion the transformative role of values in mental well-being and societal growth. Following an invitation from Charles Fowler recognizing our proprietary values-based curriculum, Dr. Nagamani Krishnamurthy collaborates with the movement to lead annual international Valuesthon webinars and bring structured values-based education into mainstream learning environments.

Empowerment, Well-Being, and Support for Young Mothers across the UK
Led by Founder and Director Djanira Dju, MotherLink CIC is a UK-based social enterprise dedicated to supporting mothers as they rebuild confidence, prioritize self-care, and navigate early parenthood or return to the workforce.
Through this collaborative partnership, Dr. Nagamani Krishnamurthy partners with MotherLink to deliver practical parenting guidance, self-care frameworks, and emotional well-being strategies tailored for young mothers. Together, they have co-created an insightful podcast series that addresses early years development, maternal confidence, and effective self-care practices, providing young families with the tools and reassurance they need to thrive.
